As an FAA part 107 Certified UAS Operator I am able to provide for your Aerial photo and video needs. Add a few Aerial shots to your photoshoot or showcase the surrounding area. This is especially nice for waterfront or golf course homes. Perhaps you would like a short drone video showing the area and how the home fits in the neighborhood.
The advent of COVID 19 has made people a little leery to go to unknown homes, conversely sellers are concerned about people walking through their home, and understandably so. What better way to show how the home works than with a 360 Virtual Tour. Quality photos are still probably the most important tool you have to attract prospects, but a 360 can really help them envision how you get around the home, how it flows from room to room. A 360 also, by it’s very nature will show things that the still photos may have missed.
Floor Plans are another great way to help your buyer see how the home lays out. It helps them see the relationship of the rooms to each other as well as size comparisons of the rooms, and Floor Plans with dimensions can help them plan for furniture placement, etc..
A Walk Thru Video can really showcase the amenities of a home. Typically a walk thru is a short (2-3 minutes) video, and can incorporate Aerial footage for an additional fee. They can be with or without your narration/introduction and include pleasing background music if desired.

We offer a no-nonsense guarantee to our Real Estate Clients. With no upfront cost to you. We will photograph your property and provide a preview of the photos within 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours). If you are not satisfied and we aren’t able to correct the situation in a timely manner, you aren’t obligated to purchase the pictures.
